The Contact Compass is a digital tool that helps you to find the right contact person and/or relevant guidelines for all matters.

The tool lists existing HFT guidelines and designated representatives/contact persons for various topics. 

If you find that your concern is not covered by the guidelines and/or contact persons, and it is a matter that you believe could be addressed by the Ethics Committee, you have the option of contacting the Senate Representative for Ethics, who will then forward your concern to the Ethics Committee, if you so wish. 



Information on data protection/anonymity: 

The fields have been designed as a survey in Lamapoll. Only the ZKE team and student assistants have access to these questions.  

No record is kept of which person clicks on which fields in the Contact Compass. Lamapoll anonymises individuals as ‘Participant 1’, ‘Participant 2’, etc. 

Lamapoll shows how many visitors the survey has, how many people clicked through to the end of the survey, and on which days visitors were active. It also displays which sections are clicked on and how often.

The contact details and links to guidelines are updated regularly. However, some information may be out of date. If you notice an error or have ideas for additional sections or topics, please feel free to contact Dr. Diana Arfeli, the Ethics and Sustainability Officer (diana.arfeli@hft-stuttgart.de).
