Der Kontaktkompass ist ein digitales Tool, das hilft, den:die richtige Ansprechpartner:in und/oder passende Leitlinie für sämtliche Belange zu finden.
Das Tool zeigt bestehende HFT-Leitlinien und Beauftragte/ Ansprechpartner:innen zu verschiedenen Themen.
- Falls Sie feststellen, dass Ihr Anliegen nicht durch Leitlinien und/oder Ansprechpartner:innen abgedeckt ist, und es ein Thema ist, das Ihrer Meinung nach in der Ethikkommission thematisiert werden kann, haben Sie die Möglichkeit, den Senatsbeauftragten für Ethik zu kontaktieren, der Ihr Anliegen dann an die Ethikkommission weiterleitet, sofern Sie das möchten.
Informationen zum Datenschutz und Sicherstellung Anonymität
Die Felder wurden als Umfrage in Lamapoll konzipiert. Zu diesen Fragen haben ausschließlich das ZKE-Team samt studentischen Hilfskräften Zugang.
Im Rahmen der Nutzung des Kompaktkompasses bzw. dem Ausfüllen der Fragen werden keine personenbezogenen Daten der Suchenden/Nutzenden verarbeitet. Lamapoll erfasst lediglich die Anzahl der teilnehmenden Personen ohne Personenbezug (Teilnehmer 1, Teilnehmer 2…usw.). Weder kann durch die angegebenen Antworten noch über Loggingdaten o.Ä. ein Personenbezug hergestellt werden. Weder die HfT noch LamaPoll können die Umfragen somit Einzelpersonen zuordnen.
Sichtbar ist in LamaPoll lediglich, wie viele Besucher die Umfrage hat, wie viele Personen die Umfrage beendet haben sowie an welchem Tag die Umfrage durchgeführt wurde. Auch wird angezeigt, welche Bereiche wie oft angeklickt wurden. Ein Personenbezug ist auch hier nicht gegeben.

Die Ansprechpartner:innen und Links zu Leitlinien werden regelmäßig aktualisiert. Dennoch kann es vorkommen, dass Informationen veraltet sind.
