English courses for incoming computer science and business information system students:

(Business) Computer Science Project with English sub-group, offered as a mixed project for Business Information Systems and Computer Science students, 4 SWS, 7 CP

Very advanced computer science students could also attend the English Software Project in the Master Software Technology, 4 SWS, 8 CP

Human Computer Interaction, with an English subgroup, but German videos to learn in advance (students must use English subtitles for understanding), start of the course is 1 week before the regular start of the semester!

Planned dates are:

26th Sep (Friday) till 2nd Oct (Thursday) (Holiday on 3rd Oct)

Only possible if students are here in person on 26th of Sep, - no delays possible.

The course starts with a written test about the content of the videos on the first day (flipped classroom course for theory, questions about content in online sessions), with a subsequent practical week starting directly on 26th of Sep, 2 CP

Seminar on current trends in computer science/business information systems, 2 SWS, 3 CP

Elective courses with English slides that can be taught bilingually:

  • Incidence Response, 4 SWS, 5 CP
